total sets for large and small muscle groups
What would you say is the best set range for:
Chest, Back, Biceps/triceps, Quads/Hammies, Delts/Traps
I'm trying to figure out some new workouts b/c I think I might be overtraining due to too many sets

So, if done to failure, 3 sets of 8 on bench, incline and cables should be enough for chest for an entire week?

chest is a big muscle so you wanna aim for 12-14 sets not 8-9 like small muscles

For me.... Large 10-12 sets, small 6-8 sets.

So should I stay with bench, incline and cables only and just do 5 sets? Or should I add in a set of 3 with flys?
