my workout as of now looks like this (does it need change?)...
chest, abs
Legs, forearms
off
shoulders, back
off
bi's, tri's
off
this is what i was thinkin bout switchin it to (or somethin close to it)...
chest,abs
back, bi's
off
legs, forearms
shoulders, tri's
off
off
also when doin a back/bi or shoulder/tri workout is best to do all back or shoulders and then do the bi or tri's. or switch off everyother exercise?
