    Thumbs up cardio/sprints

okay i plan on cutting a little bf by doing morning cardio, but I'm also working on increasing speed. Since I will be doing morning cardio probably 3 or4 days a week, should I do my sprints on the same day as cardio or a different day?

    m- cardio
    tu-sprints
    w-cardio
    th-sprints
    f-cardio
    sa-sprints
    su-rest

    how does this look?

by the way my cardio is walking on incline for 30-45 minutes so its not that intense

To be honest I don't see the need for the cardio if you are doing sprints 3x per week. You should lean out from these alone. Will you be doing weights as well?

Yeah I'd drop the cardio and try to do the lifting around the days you sprint. If you squat and can't sprint because of soreness then it'll be a good idea to add some low intensity cardio.
