Seated cable rows with an underhand grip

Has anyone ever done seated cable rows using a straight bar with an underhand grip?

Did you get good results? Does it still work the back as good as with the other grip (v-bar)?

It will place the stimulus lower in your middle back (trapezius). With the supinated-grip, your elbows will be tighter to the body. Whenever I want my biceps to gain size, I use a lot supinated-grips in my back movements (rows, pullups, etc.). Anytime you use the supinated-grip, you biceps will be working hard as well.
