I bought my Polar AXN-300 today and it'll show up tommarow. I wanna know what is a good cardio regimen for the morning. I will be doing cardio/fat burn 5ish days a week in the morning. I did 9 hours of cardio yesterday and I'm shitting weird stuff out of my ass today (sorry I was hoping maybe someone had some insight on that)
