    What Are Your AM Cardio Speeds?

    I do my AM cardio at 5.5 speed for around 30-35 min. What speed do you guys do your AM cardio at?

    between 4.0 (fast walk) and 6.0 (nice jog to pick up heart rate quick).

    Hmmmmm... Sounds like i need to pick up the pace alittle. I've been doing 3 for 30 minutes.

    You cant tell anything from your cardio speed without knowing the incline as well. I do 30 minutes 4X's EW on a 15 degree incline at 2.7-3.0 speed

    Ah ok, yeah I do 15% incline as well.

    wow thats crazy. i never do much of an incline, i always felt it was more for leg strength than building endurance and keeping your hr up.

    3 at incline 11 ..nawwwh the incline is awesome slower pace good walking speed to go to music

    i go at speed of 6
    it doesnt matter when im doing cardio
    i just keep it as it is at 6

    i do intervals, at a 6 incline, 7.2 - 7.5 - 7.8 - 8.1, each time for minute for four times then cool down for a minute. i warm up for 2 mins before that at 6.8.
    takes 20 mins
    sometimes ill add jumprope 5-10 mins after.

    I go 5mph for 3 miles. NO incline here. It may be 6 soon, 5 is FINALLY becoming easy.

    my target heart rate limits me to stay at like 4.5 max... sucks to have a higher resting heart rate...

    I believe I can contribute to a lot of my hamstring strength/development to doing cardio on an incline.....

    Usually keep it at 35 minutes 3-4 times a week
