    Critique My Back Workout

    4 Sets Wide Grip Pull Ups

    3 Sets barbell Rows

    3 Sets T-Bar Rows In The Corner Hands Just Below Plates

    3 Sets V handle Pulldowns

    4-5 Sets Deads

    1 question on the bb rows wat grip do u all use overhand or underhand???

    way too much bro. chins/lat pull, rows, and deads are all you need. every once in awhile switch your barbell rows to the tbar rows

    I use overhand and I think that most people would agree that is the way to go. Personally, I have even more volume than you do in my back workout, but they are very similar. I don't think it's overdoing it. You have to go with what works for you. I can't even begin to say hello at 3 or 4 exercises.

    Yea,i guess ill give it a go and see if it works for me thanks.

    and when doin the bb rows i want 2 b @ a 45 degree angle correct? and bring the bar to my lower abs or the top???

    I bring the bar about to where my belly button is, at approx a 45 degree angle.

    hey man the way i usually do is similar to that except in a diff order like deads then weighted W.G. pullups then heavy rows then ill get 4 more sets from some other back machines but i always keep the machines for last. and that works great for me man

    thanks bro yea ima give it a shot......and i mite even put deads 1st as u have cuz by the time i get 2 them im freaking dead,i think knowing i got them outa the way first might def b bettter thanks..
