I'm 5'8 195 lb. and I don't do roids.
I do this as the basis for my workout for 7 weeks, than I spilt it up for a 2 week period, and then I start over
Monday:
60 sets of Divebomber pushups done to failure
Hand and Neck Isometric Training
Tuesday:
1 mile jog(warm up)
25 bleacher sprints
15 sprints
15 uphill sprints
1 mile walk/jog(cool down)
15 Wall-sits done to failure.
Thursday:
30 sets of pushup style excercises done to failure
30 sets of Pullup style excercises done to failure
Hand and Neck Isometric Training
Friday:
60 minutes of Hindu Sqauts
30 sets of ab excercises done to failure
