my weight is currently at 232 lbs. My max bench when powerlifting was 435 lbs. @ 210 lbs. But then i seperated my shoulder doing incline dumbells. Now i could only do about 405 lbs on bar. But i can push 180 lb dumbells for 6 reps on flat. So go figure. Guess my shoulder isn't back to normal yet.

LG good for you! I was in a Powerlifting competition in May and I placed first adn qualified for Nationals, but I had a very weak bench-120 and I weighed 120. Good luck girl! If you have that much power you should persue it. It is a great Sport, I had a lot of fun with it!

I did it last week end, I'm so proud!
I'm preparing myself for a powerlifting comp so I did just like if I was in a comp. I had to wait with the bar on my chest for a second and wait for the ref to say:" lift".
    I did 180 lbs and I'm a little girl of 5', 120lbs.

I'm waiting for my natural test levels to return so I'm probably doing a little lees than "Little Girl" at 192 Ibs Actually, after being on for about three months, I can do 315 for six reps with a little cheating at 200 Ibs (Last cutting cycle). Being 6ft does not help either (longer arms than some of you sawed off mofos).

On a very good day I max out at 415, although I don't max too often. I weigh around 205-210.

After taking Test200 from Tornel, about 400mg per week for twelve weeks my weight has increased from 205 to 225. My flat bench has increased from 300 to 390. I'm not stacking the test with anything. Just taking one shot per week, 2ml. I'm really not even watching my diet, just eating as much as possible. No side effects either so far.

Weight 175, max bench 225 (all i needed was the two 45's on each side, made me feel good enough!!!) LOL don't you just love hearing the plates giggling and making those sweet sweet noises!!! LOL

And that 225 max is natural, for now

    Thnx
