Can't do bench...re-constructicive wrist surgery. My main chest exercise is Incline Dumbell Press.
Bodywieght 240lbs
Incline dumbells - 120's x 7 reps, 130's x 4-5 reps depending on the day...have never tried one rep max.
BTW....one cycle only under my belt

you're gonna hate the weight you move. it will take a while to get used to doing barbells again. anyway, weight- 240, max bench- between 415-420
oh yeah, partyboy, thats an incredible bench! especially for that weight

I am 19 , 210lbs , bench 335. totally natural. I think that i have a decent bench for my weight but then i look at my training partner. he just made 18 , he is 250lbs and is maxing 430. he is totally clean too. Its amazing , he's a freak.

Im telling ya man..... Its crazy when you seem him lifting, totally dedacated , then you find out he just made 18 and your like

Supe...if you're bro is bangin out that kind of wieght clean...tell him to stay clean for 2-3 years. He will only get bigger and stronger over the next few years. Tell him to hold off on the gear...if he won't listen invite him on the board and let him talk with some of the guys here. Everybody here agrees that 18 is too young.

Ok hmm.. tell me guy.. strengh come with time huh?
I weight 182 and aint able lift on flat bench pass 185 lbs. I find it pretty frustrating i been training for 8 month continuous. My peck routine is :
flat bench : warmup with empty bar
10 x med weight
3 x 8 high weight
12 x betwen med and high weight
Inclined : warm up with low weight
4 x 10 high weight
Flat fly : warm up with low weight
4 x 10 high weight
See any flaw? Or time will do the thing?
Maybe i should have started a thread heh..

Aguro - forced reps
i have always found that when u hit a certain plateau, eg. your with chest, you must push much heavier and much fewer reps. even if it just for a few weeks. i'd say on you main exercises eg. flat bench, do your 1 or 2 warm up sets, then do 6x heavy for 2-3 sets, or maybe do the last one with 3-4 reps. I'd say do that alternating with your current routine ie. normal routine one week, power routine next week. this will 'shock' da muscles, you have to FORCE THEM TO ADAPT!!

...and one more thing: have u done that routine for the past 8 months? if so - vary it - it does wonders.

Ok here it is
As of this morning 165lbs( I've been cutting up alot here as far as my diet goes)
Bench max- 290lbs
All natural
I can't seem to get past the 300 lb mark.
Guy's at my old gym who weigh about the same (maybe a little more) are benching 335 to 350.
Kinda inbarassing really.

Crazy Russian, that is fu**in awesome! Impressive!
Anyways, my chest has always been my weakest body part. I weigh 232 now (I am builking and holding a LOT of water and fat - 18% bf) but can only rep 230 3 sets of 10. I haven't tried maxing in almost a year, but I would GUESS it to be around 275 or 280.
I'm such a wuss!!!!

for me
i just put them on my knees and as i'm rolling back i am already starting to lift them into the air, so when i'm on my back they are already in the air.sometimes though i'll need that little tap to avoid a sticking point.

Yeah I'm with PB...watch the video of Ronnie in the Olympia forum, he does the exact move PB described with those ungodly 200lb dumbells he uses. It's alittle more difficult to do with incline dumbells so I usually rest them on my kness, kick them up as I'm rolling back into position and get my spotter tohelp get them up. Then it's hardcore baybay!!! Don't touch those fuckin things until they aren't moving anymore!!! (but Bert doesn't like it when I swear at her
so I usually leave the "F" word out of it)

I'm 205 lbs and can a few weeks ago threw up 275 lbs twice after a workout. I'm guessing I can probably get 300 lbs up once after a good warmup.
Some of you cats are monsters. Geezus!

Divided the weight lifted by your body weight, that gives an indication who the really strong guys are.

I rarely ever maxed out. I didn't like dropping my reps to 1 like that. Anyway, when I was 17 and all natural, I put up 335. Started juice when I turned 19. I am still 19, but now I put up over 400 pounds on barbell bench. Oh yeah, i'm 6'4 250. I switched to dumbells cuz the bar was real hard on my bad shoulders.
