I do 1 set of bis and then 1 set of tris and so on....You get a fantastic pump....And i find it gives a good stretch on the other muscle...
I'm with bex on this one. Gives each muscle time to rest between sets and it works the shit of both
u should try doin tris w/ back and bis w/ chest. this way when u do ur chest ur tris get work and when u do ur back ur bis get work so ur workinm them more and this might cut down on the total number of days u lift(i know this was not an answer to the question but it might help)just my opinoin
I don't often train them together, but rather train biceps with lats/traps, and triceps with pecs and delts, however when I DO train them together I superset the whole workout ie. barbell curls/skull crushers, incline hammer curl/pushdown, or reverse curl/dips. Yeah, like bex said it's a great pump and that does wonders for the ego.
