quick question
Do you all recommend doing or skipping cardio on a leg day. I usually do 20-25mins of hard cardio.

I don’t do cardio on or around leg day for one after legs I usually have trouble walking let alone running…
And you could be demanding a lot from your recovery abilities,
if i do cardio the day Before, I feel a lot weaker on legs.

I did legs yesterday a.m., then 40 mins of LISS cardio at 6 p.m.
Helps me w/recovery and soreness actually.
"HARD" cardio, no, never.

My legs were at their biggest when I was cycling over 20miles to and from work per day. Even on leg days I'd cycle 10 miles from work to the gym and my legs continued to blow out.
