Arm Workout
alrigt guys heres what I came up with for an arm workout that i put 2gether through other advice..here is the link for my first question Arm development
day1 (monday)
bi's barbell curls 85x10....105x10...115x8...125x3-6..whatever i have left
hammers 30dbx20....37x20...40x16....45x12
day2 (thursday)
conctration curls 3 sets each arm
cable preachers 3 sets each arm
any other ideas guys? thanks for the help i appreciate it

tri's i hit up once a week on mondy with the bi's
3 sets up crushers 10-8-failure
2 sets rope pull downs sets of 10
2 sets close grip bench 185x10 205x8
1 set weighted dips failure

id do both once a week if your wantin to get bigger.. and drop the reps down... heavy bro... its the key

i was doing lower reps but people on the board have stated that in order for growth u have to get 6-8 reps each because they call in both types of muscle fibers?...u think i should hit the tris also twice a week?

swolecat we have no words of wisom?..hit the legs hard..deads and everything..arms are just hurting right now
