    How much do you leg press

    while working out?
    not including the weight of the machine, I do the following;

    90lbs 12 reps
    180lbs 10 reps
    270lbs 8 reps
    360lbs 6 reps
    450lbs 4 reps
    520lbs 3 reps
    and tear back down

    700lb bout 20 reps
    900lbs 10 to 12
    1100lbs 10 to 12
    1290lbs as many as i can ruffly bout 9
    some days more tho
    thats just an average what i do most weeks..

    pretty impressive.
    I have a feeling that a lot of people neglect their legs and have a hard time lifting much at all.

    sometimes i do when i feel weak but most of the time nope i dont..

    I take time off legs and then hit em for awhile.

    it takes about seven or eight workouts and I cant fit anymore plates on the sled...

    dam legs.

    I do 990..11 plates which is the most my machine will hold for 15 reps. Damn machine. The other day I had my friends sit on it..both 200 and could barely get 5

    I press 12,000,000,000 lbs for 12 reps. After a warm up of course.

    1056llbs for 10-12 reps, i have gone heavier but now stick with that rep range for legs

    start off around 88lbs and work your way up then

    ..I warm up with 200 and work up to right @ 800#...I can do more but I have an enlarged heart and have been told I shouldn't try to max anymore.....
