    arms help

    Guys need some help about my workout ...basically my biceps and triceps
    my schedule is like this
    mon- shoulders
    tues- back
    wed-biceps
    thurs-triceps
    fri-chest
    sat-cardio and some more bi's exercise

    i duuno where im goin wrong as my chest and shoulder ok...and they make my arms look small....my arms r rite now 15 and half inch but i have like no biceps....and wat exercise for arms really pump them up..
    help me out here guyss...

    Where are your rest days? Just sunday? You should only be working each body part once a week. Especially with parts like biceps.

    Id stick to a 4 day split

    back and bis-your bis should be worked pretty good after your back work
    chest and tris-your tris will be the same as the bis with back
    shoulder and traps
    legs

    thats a pretty simple routine you could switch it up, if your arms are not growing just focusing on them and adding more days wont help in fact it will diminish your gains. You need to do 6-8 sets 8 reps controlled tempo, good form. check your ego at the door lower the weight if you cant do it trust me like i said inthe last post all out war!

    no leg days?!?!?!? you have a day for bi's and a day for tris?!?!? no rest days!?!?!?

    there is your problem. learn how to properly train

    yea dude dont expect your body,or in your case your bi's to grow unless you hit up the legs man. but dont get me wrong they will probly grow just not as good as ya want them to unless you hit up those legs.

    so it means u have to do arms once a week only
    how is it more effective....by workin bi's wit back and tri's wit chest
    or workin them on there own day separately?
    mon-chest/tri
    tues-back/bi's
    wed-cardio
    thurs-legs
    fri shoulders
    sat-cardio
    sun-rest
    this will work ?and can i do cardio more that 3 times a week?

    if your wantin to grow, id leave cardio alone

    what bi's and tri exercises are you doing and how many sets/reps. i think thats the key (as long as you're eatin).
