    Having trouble with legs

I've started to use Swolecats leg routine and I'm happy with the results, even if it means walking funny for a day or two afterwards!

My legs are starting to grow, especially what I'd call the outer-sweep.

The bit I'm struggling with is the bit just above the knee on the inside of the leg.

    Hopefully..numer 4 in the picture?

I assume this is partly down to genetics, but maybe down to the width that my feet are apart and the angle they stick out?

Anybody know how wide my feet should be and what angle to put them to work this muscle?

That muscle is known as the teardrop to many and hack squats have really brought mine out. Also leg extensions with your feet pointed outward can do the trick.

Generally any leg-bending below parallel will activate said target muscle.

So below-parallel squatting...hack-squats (using the barbell held behind the back..as opposed to using the mahine version)...lunges (with the rear leg elevated..exacerbating the stretch)...front squats...even leg-extensions will work.

I was told that putting your feet together when doing leg presses will also help to develop the TD.

    OK fellas, cheers for that.

I'll add a few extra sets of leg exts. and start to go a little deeper on my squats. ( maybe try some sissy squats!)

I'm training legs later this week so I'll give it a try.

    Thanks
