Hey everyone, I just finished getting all my measurements for this last month. I went from 207lbs to 206lbs and went from 20.7% to 19.7% BF. The only notable size gains was an inch on my thighs and a half inch on my waist. All other areas got smaller by tenths of inches but appear more toned. This was without any cardio. I know the gains aren't all that amazing, but its better than I was a month ago. I am following a much stricter cutting diet with religious morning cardio. Thanks for the help everyone!
