Does anyone here do squats 3x5?

I used to do squats 3 sets, reps of 10,8,6 increasing the weight each set. But recently I've been doing squats 3x5 increasing the weight each set. And I've been getting sore as hell the next day. Does this mean they're working?

Has anyone here ever squatted 3x5 and gotten good results?

When I am lifting heavy, ie 85%> 1RM, I do sets of 6 reps or less. So yes, I have done it.

Huh? This doesn't make any sense to me. It's a big muscle so you should do more reps? Never heard that before.
