Can anyone give me there shoulder workout routine or a version of it with reps and sets? Thanks.....heres mine..
Military Press-3x8
Military D.bell Press-4x8-10
Lateral Raises-4x12-15
Front Raises-4x12-15
Shrugs-6x30,25,20,15,10,5
I want my shoulders to be strong to help with my bench..does this look like one that would help my bench?
