Warmups as posted in HIT all sets reps r as directed in HIT except otherwise posted
FLAT BENCH
2 sets os incline dumbell 8-10 reps
SHOULDER DUMBELL PRESS
glose grip bench press(tris)
tricep pushdown 2x 8-10
Push workout B is exactly the same except I do incline bench with theHIT resp scheme, n i do flat dumbell 2 sets x 8-10
PULL WORKOUT A
Lat pull down
Back Row
Long bar standing bicep curls
2x 8-10 standing dumbel curls
Squat
calve raises
pull B is exactly the same exceot i switch longbar and dumbell bicep curls??
What you guys think overtraining????
