    me too, and its a quite important body part, also you can do quite some perm damage to it ...



    When you lean (cheating) on your back while for example doing heavy EZ curls you put a lot of pressure on your spine, so it compresses the softer tissued disks between which can cause hernia or damaged nerves, and those are serious injuries, and not to mention incredebly painfull.

    So, always remind good form, and if doing heavy squatting you might wear a belt, cant be safe enough!

    Most definately back. I've got a bad back from a minor injury in weightlifting that happened when I was 13. I'm 22 now and I still have to take it pretty easy otherwise I'm hurtin for days. Protect yourself in the gym!

    Shoulder is a bitch, I got a slight shoulder injuri once when I trained wrestling and I couldnt do anything in the gym except legs damn i was pissed.

    I heard shoulder was the worst. But I guess back is also important.

    back is worse
    i have spondo and everyday i wonder if something is going to hurt it
