im on a 12 week test cycle kickstarted with d-bol and although my weight is up 23 lbs after 7 weeks i have not made great strength gains.
My routine is
Day1-Back/Tris
Day2-Legs/shoulders
Day3-Chest/Biceps
Day4- Rest
REPEAT
