    critique and advice on new split

    guys currently im doin this split
    day1 back,bis
    day2 chest/tris
    day3 off
    day4 shoulders
    day5 legs
    day6 off
    day7 off or repeat

    i want to change jus for achange and wat im thinkin for new split is this
    routine#1 routine#2

    day1 back day1 back
    day2 chest/tris day2 chest
    day3 0ff day3 shoulders
    day4 shoulders/bis day4 off
    day5 legs day5 arms
    day6off day6 legs and then off
    wat i change is basically doin bis with shoulders.my Qis weather i throw that day where i do back or leave it as it is
    which routine i follow or go wit?

    I like your first split much better...they way you wrote out the second split is confusing as all hell.
