ab's
anyone know a good site for ab's? I have ab workouts at the gym covered but i don't know what to do at home or when i cannot get to the gym.

basic crunches work, or you can do cardio it helps to bring them out aswell.........

do cardio and after wards do like 200 crunches, through in some sides and bicycles for the obliques

Try using weights, and hanging leg raises.

just lye down man and hit the crunches hard do about 3 sets of 40 with 3 minute rests inbetween that really starts to burn bad

The best exercises for abs are leg raises and crunches. You also need to do some cardio and have a good clean diet.
