I recently started a new workout routine, what do you guys think:
Monday - Cardio before breakfast, Chest/Biceps at normal time
Tuesday - Martial Arts/Cardio at normal time
Wednesday - Cardio before breakfast, Back at normal time
Thursday - Martial Arts/Cardio at normal time
Friday - Cardio before breakfast, Shoulders/Triceps
Saturday - Cardio before breakfast, Legs
Sunday - rest
Chest/Biceps: Flat/Incline/Decline BB, Decline DB, Preacher Curls, Hammer Curls, Reverse BB Curls
Back: Deadlifts, Bent over BB Rows, Bent over DB Rows
Shoulders/Triceps: Behind neck press, DB Front Raise, Upright Row, Rear Delt Row
Legs: Squats, Leg Press, Seated Calf Press, Lying Leg Curls
My Cardio is usually 30-45min eliptical, or I go 20 min eliptical, 20 min treadmill
What do you guys think, any suggestions? Right now I am trying to cut, so I changed my routine for more cardio.
