    Decent Split?

Hey guys, I was just reading on bodybuilding.com and came across this split they have posted up. It has no rest days, so your lifting ED. Im fairly young so would this be a a good way to go? Or should you always have rest days? Here is the split:

    Monday: Biceps / Triceps
    Tuesday: Chest / Shoulders
Wednesday: Back / Traps / Lats
Thursday: Thigh / Calves / Abs
    Friday: Biceps / Triceps
    Saturday: Chest / Shoulders
Sunday: Back / Traps / Lats

Try it out see if it works for you. Just cuz bbing.com said it's a good routine, doesn't make it one. There are thousands of different routines. You have to find the one that works for you.

Personally, I train only one muscle a day (including quads and hammy's on different days). I find that i get the most out of my workouts because i can put all my energy into one muscle.

I usually go with 1 muscle a day myself, but aside that. The no rest days goes against most everything I have read.

    No days off?!?

Dude you need time off to grow, I dont care how young you are everybody gets sluggish when they overtrain, you wont be able to train intensely everyday non stop.

Dude, the guy who wrote that is just some board member who may not know a thing about decent training, and by the looks of it he doesn't.

You will grow outside of the gym, taking zero days off is unacceptable if you are looking to bulk up.

You need to figure out a split that suits you because we all have different training needs but heres a better idea of one:

    mon legs
    tues back and biceps
    wed chest and triceps
    thurs off
    fri shoulders
    sat light arms....ect
    sun off

^^ thats not my routine I just thought of the structure off the top of my head, point is you need one or two minimum rest days.

Good luck finding one that works for you

Give it a try, but I learn from my body that I need at least a week of rest for my body part to grow otherwise I would just be overtrainin'.
