    15- 20 sets of shrugs
5 warm up sets with weight increasing
10-15 sets starting with your max and working down

My bad on the shrugs, read it wrong.
    For lats:
Bent over T-bars-same routine but less sets.

rows with a the bottom pulley all the way back squeeze for a count and slowly return. The promblem with back is you incoperate alot of the bi when training. I found that the mind muscle connection has to be utilized to fully work the back muscle. For width try seated row's with the lat pull down bar. Place your thumbs where the bar staryts to curve straight
