Hey everybody, i'm new here, i'm buddies with "Little Jonah" also a new member, me and him work out together, i've been workin out on and off for 2 years, but for the last couple months i have become really serious working out everyday. I consider my self in ok shape, I'm 16 weigh 200lbs and am 6'1, i can bench sets of 145 easily i'm currently taking Interactive Whey Protein.
