I was just wondering what everybody's thoughts were on using giant sets. I plan to use them for the next 6 weeks. For example last night I did legs. First exercise was squat, then leg press, then leg extension for a complete total of 9 sets ( 3 each exercise, 3 min rest between sets). After that I did stiffleg deadlifts, followed by leg curls. Between each exercise I rested for 3 min intervals. I plan to do this for every other bodypart. What do you guys think?
