Cardio?
At what intansity should i do cardio so i wont burn too much muscle but alot of fat

I do..45mins 70% MHR in the AM before eating anything

Jacked, you may want to look at the following thread Burning Fat from last month which was very informative on cardio and intensity whilst cutting....as some have discovered I'm a bit of a sprint Nazi ...so it generated a lively debate...but it's all good...
on a side note...been doing my sprints on my current bulk, and have kept fat accumulaiton to a minimum, with either 2 days of 15mins of sprints or 1 day x sprints, 1 day of soccer...
