Bad to finish week shreading upper body all at once???
Ok, here is a question. I just went to the gym and ended up hitting bi's, tri's, delt's, Trap's, and Lat's. Instead of the free weights I did the machines and did 8 sets each to failure on two different machines per muscle group.
Is this bad? I can barely type my arms are so tired. The reason I ask is that my normal routine seemed to be getting stagnet, I never feel it the next day. I figured I'd mix it up some. So is there a problem working out 3x a week and hitting the muscle groups, taking a day off and then hitting all the muscles in one big session if the muscles are not sore and seem recouped?
