Working Out Sick
Im Sick Should I Still Work Out??? I Seems Like If I Work Out When Im Sick I Takes Longer To Get Over The Cold.

If the cold is above you neck (head cold, running nose, etc, etc) then your good to go, if the cold is below your neck (flu, fever, etc, etc) dont work out until you start to feel normal again.

With a cold your lifts might not be as good, muscle recovery will also be slower because your immune system is fighting a virus when it should be removing damaged muscle protein.
Take L-glutamine, it boosts the immune system to fight off bugs and will aid muscle repair.
