help on my split
hey guys i just need some feedback on my new split.
mon-back
tues-chest
wed-off
thus-shoulders
fri-legs
sat-arms
sunday-off?
if u guys can give me any advice on what i can make better please telll me

What exercices are you useing.
what reps.
Are you bulking.
stats??? Natty ect, ect,

well im going to be ON in a few weeks...
1-20 test ethan 700mg
1-12 tren e 400mg
1-18 Eq 600mg
im looking to gain lean mass.
lower body prob around 8-15 reps
upper body 6-12

You should lay out your sets/reps/etc.
Also how tall you are, weight, age, experience in the gym, a current picture is always good, etc.
