one of the best shoulder exercises
i just started doing reverse grip steep angle incline bench. even after one day of doing this exercise ive noticed results, not anything major yet, but still its encouraging. anyone looking for a little variety should try it

the part of my front delt that is right next to my upper pec got bigger. btw bro, i read how you ran over 2000 mgs of tren a week... you're the man

I am def. not trying to flame or to call you a liar, but you really noticed results after one workout? Are you currently on cycle?

i suppose it is possible that its all in my head, but regardless im gonna hit that exercise hard for the next six months and see what it does for me. im defineately gonna see results when i start my next cycle in may.
