It takes hardly any working out, a bit of cutting and a few tatts.
If you are nothing right now, you could be there in 1 year no problem.

For your shoulders, you want military presses, incline bench press, lateral raises, rear delt rows and possibly bent over lateral raises. You could also benefit from upright rows...

yeah, i think the past 3yrs of pounding the deadlifts have widened my waist.
I do have decent size, just not in the aesthetic way, i.e. legs and back are big everything else is pretty average

Smoke mad drow, drink the occassional 40 oz. when puttin' pen to pad, attend house parties and "lean back" for cardio, cut a few albums, rehearse 3 times per week, attend funerals, shop @ the Glendale Mall, etc.
Voila.....

That pic shows more muscularity, but its nothing compared to what could be achieved. He spends more time on promoting himself and doing media-based activites than working out, that much is obvious..

Nah..colored brothers are just naturally cut. My dogs eat like shit and don't even workout and they look the same since we were kids. Genetics I guess.

Make no mistake, he is lean and has "some" musculature, however I'd challenge him to bench 225. If he can do that, then I bet he can't do a set of 10, and to me if you can't do that then you don't workout.
He is blessed w/being tall and having a fast metabolism and good genetics.
All he has to do is crunches while watching t.v., a few pushups, and some curls here/there.
No legs to speak of, especially when you are that tall.
