I started a new workout, training every other day; chest/bis, quads/hams, shoulders/tris, back/calves. I am only doing 3 drop sets on my big lifts after 3 warm-up sets. I am getting much stronger, but feel like I should be doing more. #1 Bench/incline/dips/curls #2 squats/leg ext/leg curl #3 military/upright rows/side laterals/nose breakers/tri pushdowns #4 pullups/seated rows/lat pulls/standing then seated calf.
