    over training to bulk?

    I'm training mon-tues-thurs-friday-sat in bulking stage
    Monday
    chest
    tri's
    shoulders
    Tuesday
    back
    bi's
    abs
    Wed
    Rest
    Thursday
    same as monday
    Friday
    same as tuesday
    Saturday
    Legs

    Is this to much do you think? Any sugestions?

    If your doing the compound movements that many on these boards prescribe for building mass, I dont think you'd be ready to repeat back in 48hrs. Just my .02$.

    I think the best way to go would be a 3 day split hitting each muscle group once. like so
    MONDAY: Legs
    WED: Chest, Tris, front and side delts
    Friday: Back, bis, rear delts, Traps

    In this simple but effective split you hit each muscle once with pleanty of time to recover for the next week and no over lapping issues. Remember you grow out of the gym so rest while you can lifting 5 or 6 days may work for some but 3 or 4 is ideal. You can work abs on tuesday thursday and saturday if you would like and forearms should get a good burn on back day but you can hit them up there too. Do some cardio on sunday and you should be off to a good start. After a while you will be able to know what your body can take and change things up a bit but give this a try many people will back it up.
