crossfit training
hey guys i have recently come across a new program that many professional athletes swear by. It is called the Crossfit program. It revolves around olympic lifts and body weight work. the webstie is crossfit.com i just wanted to hear your inputs on this workout plan. It is quite interesting so i suggest eveyrone takes a look.

Looks very good. The type of routine would be great for overall body strength and endurance.

These exercises are also popular for other types of athletes as well such as runners, gymnasts, martial artists, cyclists, etc.

There are people on the site claiming to increase their benches and size. Do you guys think it is possible with this program. It seems to me it might add some reps to your pullups and drop body fat. Possibly a great workout when runninng a cutter. what do you think

You could accomplish a lot with this type of workout, depends on what you are working towards. Look at many gymnasts for example, the exercises on this site include a lot of what they do and they have awsome builds.
