ok well im on a keto diet and i do this workout is it goof for cutting?.......if it is not can someone help please i wanna get fully cut.

legs-i just squat,leg curl and extensions and leg press
biceps and forearms
curls-10-8-4
preacher-8-6-6
concentration-10-8-6
behind back( forearms)-10-10-10
wrist curls-=10-10-10
shoulder and bak workoout is good
