5 day workout
Would somebody be able to write a 5 day program out for me including what exercises to do. I was thinking of doing 1 body part a day but write down what ever ideas you have.
i'm curently doing
day1 chest/triceps
day 2 back/biceps
day 3 shoulders/traps
day 4 legs
