Heyz i was wondering what days i should work on my forearms i was thinking
Tuesday when i do my back/Biceps but then some people say i shouldnt do it on that day im pretty confused can someone plz point me in the right direction id appreciate it

Yes, I do them on my back day since this is when they receive the most stimulation anyway, I go ahead and finish them off at the end of my workout. I usually do them back day and then leg day 3 days later.

After you are done with all the extensive gripping from back work,and go into bicep work,your forearms are pre-exhausted.This is the time to blast them,but no need to do an excessive amount of sets either.4 sets would be more than sufficient.

Agreed - I do mine on a Bicep day as well.
Someone should start a poll asking if you train forearms...I never train mine and I was under the impression that not alot of people do.
I only do 3 sets of reverse grip curls with a dumb bell.
Never work them in a major way - I don't compete or have the desire to do that much detail work.

If you work them on back day, you can fit in another dedicated workout further in the week unless they are still in a destroyed state!!![]()
