i've been super sick since last thursday. i still trained legs on thursday but i couldn't find the energy on friday to train delts. i've rested plenty this weekend and i woke up today although still a bit sick i feel i need to go hit up delts today.
what do you fellas think? i took two sudafeds and i feel better. also, i am 21 weeks out from a show and i havn't done my cardio this weekend which upsets me and i still feel i shouldn't do my cardio today but i must train.
