sleep
if i slept for 12 hour and then woke up and did cardio would it be catablic since my last meal was like 13 hours ago ? like to sleep in on weekends but still wanted to get my cardio in on empty stomach.

hahaha. When I was at home I would sleep at least 11-12 hours every night and then do cardio, wondering if it was bad. Sometimes I would get 14 hours or so.
