if i slept for 12 hour and then woke up and did cardio would it be catablic since my last meal was like 13 hours ago ? like to sleep in on weekends but still wanted to get my cardio in on empty stomach.

i looks that way yes .
Not necessarily if your whole nutritional protocol is in place cardio in the am on empty stomach will not be catabolic.Originally Posted by iambiggerthanyou00
It’s your whole diet that you must look at, not that one area.
Also you could look at it like this one Protein meal a day will not make you a more muscular person. but consistent Protein
meals will.
The same as one fat meal a day will not make you fat, but consistent fat
meals will.
If you see what i mean![]()

hahaha. When I was at home I would sleep at least 11-12 hours every night and then do cardio, wondering if it was bad. Sometimes I would get 14 hours or so.
