How do you guys workout?
Just wondering how your lifting schedule looks. Let me elaborate, do you use compound lifts? Individual bodyparts daily? Corresponding bodyparts daily? How many days a week?, ect. Ive already read the sticky's and just wondering what you guys do in terms of lifting , reps, building mass, ect.

BTW- I am following flexors routine number 1, which is mostly compound lifts. Trying to build some mass.

Here is my Split:
Sunday:OFF
Monday: Chest/Abs
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Back/Biceps/Abs
Friday: Shoulders/Triceps
Saturday:OFF
I stick between 8-15reps and 9-12 sets per body part.
Cardio Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Cardio will be performed for 45-60 minutes at a slow pace 4 times a week.
Breakfast-(NON CARDIO DAYS)- 55g Whey Protein, 1 cup of oatmeal
NOTE: Cardio days no fruit.
Lunch: 12oz. Chicken Breast (Boneless/Skinless) w/ 1 cup brown rice
Mid Afternoon:1 can of tuna and 1/2 cup of roasted/unsalted almonds
Pre Workout:20g Whey Protein w/ fresh fruit.
PWO: 55g Whey protein w/ 20g dextrose
PPWO: 12oz Salmon w/ 2 cups brown rice
Evening: 10oz Top Sirloin w/ 3 egg whites and flax.

Wow thanks for the post elite, no i woudnt anyway, im looking to build mass, but your workout does give me some ideas.....
keep posting bro's I wanna see how alot of people lift to get osme good ideas....oh yeah you dont have to post your diet really , because i have been following a pretty awesome bulking diet...up 4 lbs in 2 weeks..
