Just wondering how your lifting schedule looks. Let me elaborate, do you use compound lifts? Individual bodyparts daily? Corresponding bodyparts daily? How many days a week?, ect. Ive already read the sticky's and just wondering what you guys do in terms of lifting , reps, building mass, ect.
