I don't feel a need to go to that point. I won't even be going that fast when I am cutting. 3.8 max.
at what % grade incline??

I've lost about 8lbs in 3-4 weeks. Lost some muscle thickness , but look more athletic and cut, so can't complain.
Wouldn't suggest doing it if your a bodybuilder or someone wanting to pack on size.

when bulking i do Cardio 5x a week, 35min at 60%MHR which is like taking a shit and reading a news paper but it helps me immensely w/ my stamina and excess fatty deposits..
when cutting i go 50min 6x a week 75% MHR which is like having sex(FOR A FAT KID)

some people can do it 3x a week yes but for me i see best results w/ 5x a week when bulking staying REALLY LOW on MHR
I'LL BET you 100-1 that you are the amount of fat you are burning with your am cardio is absolutely minimal. At 60%, my walking the dog for a mile in frigid weather burns just as much....guarunteed.

You cardio is more for a mind sanity point then anything else...no flame, just not doing much at 60%, I'd opt for a shake
60% is exactly what Swole teaches and preaches... I do it a.m. almost every morning, every week, and im cutting up really well after my fall bulker.
