What is the best excercise to increase/develop the tear drop on the quads. I have decent ones know but want to get them bigger. I've heard it helps to point the toes inward while doing leg extentions? Any advice?

Yes it is said that pointing inward on extensions and leg presses will help but hack squats have really helped mine come out a lotOriginally Posted by HUNTER1
I thought you were always supposed to perfrom these exercises with the feet slightly pointed out? guess different positions produce different results.
Leg presses, feet very close together, feet far down on the pad
squats with your feet closer together than normal
hack squats
front squats
