is it possible to gain a lot of mass when doing just cardio and aerobics like pullups,,unweighted just using body weight ,,2 dumbells and pushups just in home cause i call it bull shit ,,a friend of mine who was ****in skinny has quite an impressive physique right now and he claims that only aerobics made him achieve this ,,he says that he never used supplements,,he doesnt workout or weight lift and he has a body that i would like to achieve ,,i am sure that used gear cuz he just disappears like 2months then appear with a lot of added weight cause if he achieved this without weight lifting ,,supplements or gear i am gonna quit ,,,and seriously can anyone gain while on gear and doing cardio and bodyweight exercises a nice amount of mass ?? :rolleyes:
