THinking of making my two cardio sessions on my off days in the afternoon/early evening when I would be training....then do some light high rep legs calves and abs........question is, what do you guys do? Thinking of an incline walk for 30 mins and 15 min bike.
15% grade and 3.0? for 30?
If I eat at 3pm (just tuna and veggies) i'll still burn fat if my cardio starts around 5pm, right?
