forming the pecs
I'm not exactly sure of my body fat %, I'm not overweight but naturally have a thick ass chest. It just looks more flabby than firm and formed. I have cut abs and arms, and then a flimsy looking chest. I've never used any "extra help" and I'm an amature lifter. I would really appreciate some advice: what workouts should i do, what should i eat, etc.. I'll do anything! thanks

work high reps 12-15, this will tone ya up, work both the pecs and back, to tone up, use a high protein diet, cut out fast food and other crap like that.

make sure you technique is correct. Using the wrong technique on a lift can cause little to no gains no matter how hard you work.
