Im training DC right now, with most of my excersises Im only doing 5 reps max. How long should I traing heavy for before going back to 10s and 12s??
Im training DC right now, with most of my excersises Im only doing 5 reps max. How long should I traing heavy for before going back to 10s and 12s??
i personally do 6-8 week stints of strength if i go any longer i find its too taxing on the body.
the "classic" 5x5 program has you training heavy for 4 weeks followed by a period of "deloading" where you do sets of 3 with the same weight you just finished sets of 5 with.
